Salmon Party Ball

Ingredients
  

  • 2 c. flaked, cooked salmon
  • 1 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 T. lemon juice
  • 1 T. horseradish
  • 1 T. ALAGA Hot Sauce
  • 2 T. grated onion
  • 1/4 T. liquid smoke
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3 T. chopped parsley
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Instructions
 

  • Mix all of the ingredients except for the pecans and parsley, and roll into a ball.
  • Mix the pecans and parsley together and roll the ball-shaped salmon mixture so that the pecans and parsley coat the outside of the ball.
  • Chill and serve as a spread with crackers.
