Caribbean Fudge Pie

- 1 – Mixing Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/4 c. butter
- 3/4 c. flour
- 3/4 c. Alaga Cane Syrup
- 1 (12-oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate (melted)
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. broken pecans
- 1/2 c. pecan halves
- 1 9" unbaked pie shell
- 3 eggs
Instructions
- Preheat oven at 375 degrees.
- Cream butter with ALAGA Cane Syrup and beat in eggs one at a time.
- Add melted chocolate and vanilla extract.
- Stir in flour and broken pecans, then turn into pie shell.
- Decorate the pie with the pecan halves before you bake it.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
