Chocolate Nut Pie

Ingredients
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. chocolate chips
- 3/4 c. ALAGA Yellow Label Syrup
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 2 T. bourbon (optional)
- 1 9-inch unbaked pie shell
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a mixing bowl cream together butter and sugar.
- Stir in eggs, chocolate chips, ALAGA Yellow Label Syrup, salt, vanilla, pecans and bourbon (optional).
- Pour into unbaked pie shell.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes.
