Ingredients
  

  • 2 green onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 8 ounce sour cream
  • 1 1/2 T. stone-ground mustard
  • 1 T. ALAGA Yellow Label Syrup
  • 1 T. cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp. dried tarragon

Instructions
 

  • Process all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth.
  • Cover and Chill.
