My husband & I have been eating this syrup on pancakes & biscuits since childhood. My mother introduced me to using it in pecan pies. I’ve been married many decades, & this is the recipe I use. I have one in the oven right now.

I ate this pie from second grade through ninth grade when daddy worked there. It was the only pecan I truly loved. I am so thankful to find the recipe online. I’m doing it for Christmas…can’t wait!
