Ingredients

chicken or pork bones

large onion
quartered

Serrano peppers
split in half

lemons
cut in half

garlic
crushed

ketchup

vinegar

prepared mustard

ALAGA Cane Syrup

brown sugar

peach puree

diced peaches

Worcestershire Sauce

onion salt

ALAGA Hot Sauce
Instructions
Sauté chicken or pork bones in butter until browned.
Prep onion, peppers, lemons and garlic while sautéing.
Add the onions, Serrano peppers, lemons and garlic to the pan.
Continue to sautéing.
Add remaining ingredients.
Simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Strain and serve.
