red onions (sliced thin)

ALAGA Cane Syrup

balsamic vinegar
Instructions
Break apart onions and saute' over medium heat in oil until soft and transparent.
Add the ALAGA Cane Syrup and cook an additional 5 minutes.
Add the vinegar and cook until reduced to a thick marmalade consistency.
Spoon over mashed potatoe, pork or beef.
