Chocolate Nut Pie

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 c. granulated sugar
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. chocolate chips
  • 3/4 c. ALAGA Yellow Label Syrup
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 T. bourbon (optional)
  • 1 9-inch unbaked pie shell

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • In a mixing bowl cream together butter and sugar.
  • Stir in eggs, chocolate chips, ALAGA Yellow Label Syrup, salt, vanilla, pecans and bourbon (optional).
  • Pour into unbaked pie shell.
  • Bake for 40-50 minutes.
