Pecan Pimento Cheese Spread

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 c. chopped pimento
  • 5 c. grated cheddar cheese
  • 3 T. ALAGA Hot Sauce
  • 3 T. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 3/4 c. chopped pecans (or peanuts)
  • 2 chopped green onions

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients well.
  • Add more mayonnaise if necessary to achieve spreadable consistency.
  • Top with pecan halves and a dash of ALAGA Hot Sauce.
  • Serve with crackers or on bread.
